Makeup Make-Over Friday: sneek peek

Ok, so remember back when I filmed the PROM TUTORIALS?!

Well, we had filmed one more on Hana, which by the time I edited the other ones, Prom season was over. But I think this look is beautiful for a going out look, date night, or just any day you want to look sassy and glamorous in a red lip paired with a gorgeous eye that looks beautiful on every eye color!

If you'e never worn a bold, red lip, oh my lipstick! You need to try it! Don't be scared, it can easlity be wiped off if you can't handle the glam-ness! But I will warn you, once you go red, you might leave a trail of nude and pink lipsticks to be bored in your make-up kit!

So try a little bit of old Hollywood, a little lip "walk" in the shoes of Marilyn Monroe...

The greatest people are usually the ones who've been through the most difficult things.

A Few of My Favorite Things...like my sister:

Yesterday, or really any day, I get to be with my sister is my favorite. I got to go to her house and we filmed some fun "food crafty" videos because she is so creative! I wanted to film me putting her make-up on, but we had no time for that...
My poor mama was watching all my babies and my sisters babies while we filmed! ha ha ha

QUESTION I MIGHT GET ASKED:
#1. No, me and my sister are not twins.
#2. I am older by 22 months.
#3. Yes, people have asked if we were twins since we were little.

We made a number of funny faces, which I promised my sister I will never post on the internet, with the exception of our "Zoolander", Blue Steele pose! ha ha ha

Other things that are my favorite:
I have never been to a Chick-fil-A until yesterday. And I think I fell in love with their Handspun, Mocha Cookies and Cream Milkshake. Oh my Deliciousness. Yeah, I wasn't "bikini-ready" at any point this year.

My other favorite thing I saw, was this mirror. You know me and twinkly lights. Years ago when I first started on Youtube, I had to have twinkly lights in the background, and any time I see twinkly lights I just love them.

But this, idea with the twinkly lights around the mirror...of course I love!

I am typing this will my mom is driving us and we are racing to the airport. I was going to stay up and finish editing a video, but I fell asleep sometime after midnight with all my tech gadgets around me. ha ha ha 

I will stay up late and a new video will be up on both my channel tomorrow! There will be a huge video treat on my KANDEELAND, with a fun cooking video and on KANDEEJOHNSON youtube channel, I'll have a fun and forgotten, make-over video!

Huge hugs and racing to the airport in an outfit I do not like, don't you hate it when you can't stand what you have on, and had no time or nothing else to wear?!?!

Lipstick Love

Something about lipstick all lined up and in so many colors just makes me "need" to take a picture.

This is all of Urban Decay's NEW lipsticks and lipliners.

You know I am in heaven with both my nude lip love and my love of brights.

I love:

 OBSESSED- perfect light pink

NATIVE - cool nude pink

NAKED- a warm nude rose

NAKED 2- a nude beige

SHAME- a deep dark burgundy red

VENOM- a deep magenta-burgundy (what I'm wearing in picture)

F-BOMB - is the perfect cool red that will look great on all skin tones

And they all have matching lipliners, which act as SUPER long wearing lip stain, smoother, and primer- to give ultra definition and I put these on in the morning, even ate pineapple and dinner, and my lipstick didn't need to be touched up! I'm seriously impressed and in love with these.

I have been an Urban Decay fan since I was a teenager, and I love it every time I get to come visit Urban Decay. And it was funny because me and Wende did not plan ahead, but we both had on jeans, black shoes and black t-tanks! ha ha ha

I went to Urban Decay yesterday to visit and show you guys an inside the "Urban Decay Wonderland", with Wende Zomnir, the founder, who is totally awesome and works every day, in every detail of designing to color selection.

Their offices are amazing and I can't wait to show you guys the video, which still needs to be edited and all that jazz! IT should be up in next week or 2!

Each bathroom in Urban Decay has a theme. This was the "writable wall" bathroom, which had the most beautiful bathroom lighting ever! My favorite was the:
"If these walls had eyes !!!"

Planes Movie Premiere: Review & Outfit

So, I've never been to a movie premiere, before last night. And this is my outfit-of-the-day, movie premiere style. I got invited to the premiere of Disney's Planes and this is what I wore, and I'll tell you what I thought of the movie!

And this was my outfit:

 This is what it looks like at a Disney Movie Premiere in Hollywood at the famous El Capitan theater, that is so amazing...

It was the best way to go see a movie, it was like a movie-party!

And this is my awesome friend, Dale that I just love and adore, that invited me and Angel, who makes me laugh all the time!

Disney Planes Movie Review:

Well, since I we LOVE the CARS movie, and Mater, I was just wondering how this would come close to the awesomeness of Cars!

The first part of "Planes" was a little slow goin and I started to wonder if I was going to like this movie. It shows Dusty Crophopper, the main character, a little crop duster plane that dreams of being a plane racer, who's voice is performed by Dane Cook. I kept wondering who the "Mater" of Planes was going to be, you know, the character that you just fall in love with. Well, the second "El Chupacabra" was  introduced, I fell in love! "El Chup" is my favorite, he is the Mexican Airplane, that is not only hilarious, but he sings, and once he came into the movie, the movie just became awesome!

I loved it! 

It's in 3-D and watching little Dusty, race across the world with help from everyone, to keep him going, is so much fun, right til the very end.

It had us all laughing, cheering, saying "awwwwww", and even though it had a slow start, once it gets wound up, it's so much fun!

Yes, I vlogged about it on my Kandeeland channel, it will be up, but not today...ha ha ha ha

12 Hours of Make-Up Later....

SO, my last post I showed off my "outfit of the day", wearing this make-up you see above....

And that is me at Vidcon, with my lil' cutie Judy (that totally rhymes!)...

Ad I must say I was quite impressed with how make-up stayed on despite a hot, sweaty, but awesome day getting to hug  people...

The eyes I owe to Make-Up Forever Aqua Creams and the Urban Decay Smoked Palette and the Ben Nye Glamour Palette, and a couple shades from MAC.

Yeah, it's like a bouquet  of eyeshadows!

A gumbo of colors.

A potpourri of eyeshadow, wood chips.

In other words, a dump truck load of eyeshadows up on there!

And my red lip super power-laster-er, was another combo of:

PERFECT RED LIPLINER from TOO FACED

RIRIWOO from MAC (it's a little drying, so I slap a dab of lipbalm on so your lips don't feel like  a desert of dryness)
*And if they're all sold out, it's pretty much the same exact color as RUBY WOO.

And this is how yours, truly looked, after a day that I was seriousy surprised, all my make-up stayed on...as I said, it was hot, sweaty, with lots of other, hot and sweaty people, bumping into each other, in crowds...ha ha ha ha

 And I'm still seriously impressed with airbrush makeup and the Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder on top....I didn't get sweaty or oily face at all!
