ok...Everything should be fixed now!


ok...this will be the very last post about the Make-Up brushes....I've just gotten soooooo many emails about people trying to get them...so here's my quick answer video...and I've been working with the Crown Brush people, who are awesome...to make sure EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE can get these!

Hey I need a couple questions answered:

When I signed up for the Canadian order, it didn`t ask for my credit card or any form of payment, and didn`t tell me how much shipping was going to be, but said the order was placed!

Am I billed when it gets here? Or how does this system work? It came to $33CDN with taxes, but I don`t know how much the shipping is going to be for them...

Has this happened to anyone else??

I`m so sorry for the way they were acting on the main video for you to block comments. I`m so glad for this option in brushes cause I would never buy brushes because I would think it was too much so i`d use artistic water color brushes which worked but not much variety , now I dont feel bad at buying these brushes.

This is an awesome makeup brush set opportunity. I have been hearing u ladies rave about them for the longest time and have been dying for them but always hesitated. Now with this offer u got us I jumped on it and ordered two, 1 for me of course and 1 for my mama. Ok so my question is being that I made two diff purchases but with the same credit card n address info do I get two entries? I sure hope so. Mom would love it if she won n hell so would I! Can you please find out for me?

I just got my brushes from the UPS man and I had to come comment on Kandee's blog and say THANK YOU! I think I am in love... I own all kinds of brushes and I can honestly say I am very impressed with the quality of these brushes. I wasn't expecting much because of the price but as soon as I took them out of the box I was smitten. To anyone out there who is still on the fence about purchasing these because of the shipping or the quality go ahead and buy them you will NOT be disappointed. Our dear Kandee really did find us an awesome deal with these crown brushes :)

Before I could enter any credit card information, it said my order was already placed & emailed me a confirmation number?.. So do I get charged when my order comes in? :/ I wasnt even sure if I wanted it..

KANDEE!!! Could you do a video on how and WHAT you use to remove your makeup. I would love to know what works best and am SUPER curious how to use olive oil. WOULD LOVE IT! Thanks!!

when Kandee said the continental US I thought she meant those outside would still need to pay shipping, which I'm alright with because being in Alaska it's always that way. it would have been nice to know that you can only order these brushes if you live in the continental us - screw you, Alaska & Hawaii! :(

@ siklen, i think crown brush is overwhelmed with orders right now. it took them 3 or 4 days to get back to me, but they did write me back. so be patient :)

@ Donna, YOU CAN STILL ORDER!!!!! just have to email them (sales@crownbrush.com) and tell them which set you wanna order, and they will email you back an invoice with shipping for you to confirm. I live in Hawaii so I called right away when I found out I couldn't order online, and they told me all I need to do is email them to order!

hey guys, i ve sent them like 4 emails, im international and still havent had any response...im from slovakia and wanna have this set soo badly...i was writing them on their internet page, sending emails...like 5 days ago...and still have no answer...does anybody from europe get the answer and confirmation e mail and invoice from the commpany?

I know this has nothing to do with the brushes video, but i just saw your latest video dec. 24th. Don't let this ruin your christmas and your life. you are too nice of a person to get hurt this way. I agree with you, God is the only one who can do something about this now. And you know he would not make you go through this if he knew you could not handle it. I know how you feel, because people tend to take advantage of my because i care too much. but anyway.... Happy Holidays Kandee!!!!!! I have the same problem with my international order. I sent them an email on the 21st and then once again on the 23rd but still no response. Since there are only 4 days left until the deal ends I doubt that I get those super brushes! But anyway...would be nice though to hear from the company.

I ordered the brushes and got a confirmation email but for some odd reason my bank hasn't been charged so I'm wondering if everything is still okay.. will I get charged when they arrive or get billed later??
Ps thank you so much, I'm new to the makeup world so I'm trying to build my collection now I'm looking for foundation and conceiler?? Is bare minerals any good??

Kandee, thank you so much for this great deal; I just received my brushes yesterday and started using them today. But I am not familiar with what a lot of these brushes do. I think I already used the wrong brushes on my eyelids, because it deposited too much powder too far up above my crease when I was just trying to get shadow in my crease.
Can you do a tutorial showing what these brushes are typically used for, so I don't keep using the wrong ones? Thanks so much!

I just had a quick question about the Crown Brush shadows. I was wondering how good the quality is. I'm asking this because they are super cheap! I usually use MAC shadows but they are crazy expensive compared to Crown shadows.

Hey girls, I am not Kandee or anything and I know none of these comments are directed towards me, but for those who are worried about not getting their brushes after they have already paid for them two weeks ago, it says on their website that they would be closed until the 3rd of January so please be patient. I'm sure that's why they have not gotten back to everyone's emails and haven't shipped out everything. I placed my order within a few minutes after Kandee first posted the video and I DID receive my brushes last Thursday by UPS. They aren't trying to rip you off or anything just be patient :)

i ordered my brush set (THE BRONZE ONE) an hour after kandee uploaded the video. everything went smooth, meaning the promo code worked. i was even charged the $29.99 the day after. i'm begining to feel like this is a scam. it is now the 31st!!!! and still no brushes. crown brush could not even provide some sort of tracking number when they sent an e-mail confirming that the order was at the processed stage. i really wanted to get them before the year ended!! 2 weeks later and i have yet to recieve a thing!!!! i'm so dissapointed with crown brushes, that the DAY that they do arrive i will be demanding a REFUNDDD & sending the brushes back!!! such a waste of time!!!!

I placed an order maybe about a week ago and ony my credit card i only got charged for the shipping, but did not get charged for the brushes. Im beginning to worry that i am not even going to get the brush set.

First of all, people, if you have questions about your order or ordering, contact CROWN BRUSH. Kandee does not work for crown brush or has the time to manage every little thing you people can't do yourself. Second, I just received these brushes in the mail today. These are in NO WAY comparable to Mac brushes or elf studio brushes for that matter. Not only are the brushes - especially the face brushes- not soft at all, but the brushes leaked blue and it took several washes to even get the water to run clear while washing them. Also almost every single brush sheds and the hairs on the brushes break off into tiny little pieces... I would not recommend these brushes at all and don't understand why Kandee would either... If you couldn't get the brushes, consider yourself lucky.

I put my order in before deadline, "they" however NEVER emailed me back, even after talking to George on the phone, and he confirmed he recieved my email order, since they didn't have Alaska in the drop down menu for States.

So no brushes.

STILL haven't received my brushes! When I click on my order/shipping number it ways it was shipped Sept 18, 2008! I'm never ordering from them again!

my boyfriend ordered a make up brush set for me on christmas eve and the order status has changed to 'processing' 7days ago and since then i have no respond from them. im getting nervous that they are might just rip off... i hope ill get it asap. i will never order from them again its just too much stress for me..

Hi!
I got the brushes today and I'm really excited to use them! I ordered the pink set as well (the bag is really cute!) but I was surprised to find when I opened it that the bag really stunk! Did anyone else have that problem? I am not extremely impressed with the quality of the brushes but it was a good deal regardless. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about the smell?

I absolutely agree with the comment left above about these brushes. The only nice thing I can say about them is there are a variety and they are really cute with the cute clutch they come in. That being said, MY brushes as well are losing the hair, dropping little hairs, and are emitting blue. I could care less about the blue, however these brushes are shedding. Comparable to Mac, I do not think so. Why would Kandee suggest these?? I agree that those who were not able to get their order in should count themselves lucky. I wish there was a way to get my money back on mine.

These brushes are great! After my first purchase i was so impressed with how great the quality is and how quick they came but for my second order... Nothing. I didnt get any confirmation email or any record that I made a purchase for the second time around even tho the money was taken out of my account... I'm hoping it's because they have so many orders coming in suddenly that they don't know what to do.. I'm trying to Contact them but no luck. No phone number or email to contact on site! Can anyone help?
