My mom, was up for some change. Sometimes you just have to do somethings different to spice up your life! And a haircut is a great way to add some cinnamon and sugar!
So here was my mom yesterday morning...
and her after her shorter, straighter, more 20's style, vampy kind of bob.
We ALL love it! Even when I showed Jordan the picture she texted me from the salon...he said, "whoa! She looks so much younger! It looks like it shaved 10 years off her age!"
And I agree!
Here's a view of the back! My sister is so such a sweetie-pie and had the best birthday present idea, she sent my mom to the hair salon to get a "hair make-over" as an early b-day present! I think this is an awesome birthday gift- start your new age off with a new do'!
If you want a similar cut: my mom went in with some picture of 20's camp haircuts for the back, pictures of some asymmetrical short bobs, and some pictures of Rihanna when her hair was more "stacked" in the back and longer pieced in the front. And it's always a good idea to take some pictures of how you "DON'T" want you hair, so the stylist knows what you want and what you don't want- like my mom didn't want a typical "bob hair cut"- she wanted one side shorter, one side way longer and it cut like a 20's vamp bob in the back.
