Sunday afternoon + balloons = fun

the clouds are out....
it smells like rain....
my to do list looks something like this...
finish unpacking
clean house
do lots of laundry
eat peaches & strawberries
laugh + smile with my littles
make a yummy dinner and dine on the back patio...under the cloudy skies
and here's a sunday afternoon treat....balloons....
My Nana (grandma) used to make me and my sister watch this movie (in subtitles-which is not fun when you're a kid)...and I never understood the movie...until I got older...and realized the beauty of the movie was watching this balloon travel through the sky....and how beautiful it floated through all these places...and how some people can see the the little beautiful things in the day...and some are so absorbed by their own world....that they can't even understand or see how a simple colored balloon is filled with more than air...it's filled with a small glimmer of a smile for your day or your mind.....enjoy!

Hey, I was watching your video about becoming a make-up artist and you mentioned that the best way of contacting you was through a comment, so here I am! I wanted to ask about make-up artists starting with an esthetician license. I am a licensed esthetician and have heard that it's a great way of getting into make-up artistry. Since you work with professionals I wanted to ask what your thoughts/experiences are with this. Do people like hiring estheticians for make-up, and how does an esthetician compare to someone who went to school for only make-up, is there a big difference? Any information you have regarding this subject would be a big help. Thanks in advance! ♥

i love small things that just brighten up anyones day. i carry around with me bubbles so when ever i feel down or uninsired i take them out go somewhere up high and blow them. i notice no one ever notices them blowing around in the sky and i wonder what happened to everyones fun and kid in them. i just moved to vancouver and they hosted a bubble day for everyone to enjoy and it was magical!! i';m glad there are people who still notice the small things in life.
