Nails: Turquoise and "Before & Fancy"

If you are like me....and Turquoise is one of your favorite colors, you will love this!
This is Turquoise & Caicos, from Essie,

which I love, because it is one of the Toluene, DBP, and Formaldehyde FREE nail polish lines!
*the one downside, which I've noticed from every turquoise nail polish I have tried, is that it takes about 3-4 coats before it's really opaque (AKA not-see-thru looking)!
I bought the TURQUOISE & CAICOS...and The Luxe Effects toapcoat in SHINE OF THE TIMES.
#1. Here's my nails with a basecoat (I tried out one from Sally Hansen, we'll see how it holds up)...and the Turquoise and Caicos on top.
#2. And here's after a coat of SHINE OF THE TIME Luxe Effect Topcoat.
and this is the final "after"...with the gold shimmer of the Shine of The Times topcoat. It is so pretty, it is like golden-opalescent flakes. It's like a golden sunset...and it so beautiful! Turn your nails into precious gemstone looking jewels! It's like a vacation for your eyes when you look at your hands!

huge hugs and glistening nails....your kandee

Love it...

You could put a coat of white nail polish before the turquoise and it might make it bright and opaque with not as many coats of polish. :)
