Here's is my slim-down, weight loss breakfast before and after....
But it's not a diet drink or even really for weight loss...it's super packed with nutrients so you will feel full, full of energy, and be getting your body super healthy....and the side effect of drinking this, is your skin will look better and your body will start to get into great shape!
Organic Frozen Wheat Grass Cubes
Sambazon Frozen Smoothie Packs of Acai (it adds yummy sweetness)
So Delicious Coconut Milk (because I don't really like to drink Cow's Milk or Soy- my skin gets bad when I eat soy)
So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt in Vanilla (I get it at Whole Foods)
Organic Chia Seeds (makes the smoothie thicker, adds fiber, and has essential Omega-3 Fatty Acids, your brain will feel happier and your skin will look great with these!)
Frozen Blueberries (for fiber, anti-oxidants and sweetness)
Plant Fusion Protein Powder (for added protein and nutrients)
Kale (It is one of the most nutritionally dense foods around- super, super, super good for you!)
Now, if you're used to sugary breakfasts, cinnamon rolls, donuts, cereal....this may not be up to your tastebuds sugar-liking, you can add some agave nectar (a healthy sweetener) or even sugar if you really have to, to sweeten it up....
I just drink it with the sweetness of the berries and Acai.
You have to adjust your tastebuds to not "need" more sugar.
We are supposed to eat for our health, not for sweetness! ha ha ha
Hard, I know....my sweet tooth is pretty big! But I did turn down cupcakes for dessert the other day! Woo Hoo!
