My Slim Down Breakfast Before and After

Here's is my slim-down, weight loss breakfast before and after....
But it's not a diet drink or even really for weight loss...it's super packed with nutrients so you will feel full, full of energy, and be getting your body super healthy....and the side effect of drinking this, is your skin will look better and your body will start to get into great shape!
 Here's the BEFORE picture:
Organic Frozen Wheat Grass Cubes
Sambazon Frozen Smoothie Packs of Acai (it adds yummy sweetness)
So Delicious Coconut Milk (because I don't really like to drink Cow's Milk or Soy- my skin gets bad when I eat soy)
So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt in Vanilla (I get it at Whole Foods)
Organic Chia Seeds (makes the smoothie thicker, adds fiber, and has essential Omega-3 Fatty Acids, your brain will feel happier and your skin will look great with these!)
Frozen Blueberries (for fiber, anti-oxidants and sweetness)
Plant Fusion Protein Powder (for added protein and nutrients)
Kale (It is one of the most nutritionally dense foods around- super, super, super good for you!)
 This is what it looks like in the blender.......turn that baby on, go hunt for a glass.... and.....
 voila! Yummy, delicious drink that will make you feel healthy...look healthy, and awesome by-product.....your pants start to become looser!
Yeah, I know it's brown-ish.....but so is chocolate and no one complains that it is brown! ha ha ha
Now, if you're used to sugary breakfasts, cinnamon rolls, donuts, cereal....this may not be up to your tastebuds sugar-liking, you can add some agave nectar (a healthy sweetener) or even sugar if you really have to, to sweeten it up....
I just drink it with the sweetness of the berries and Acai.
You have to adjust your tastebuds to not "need" more sugar.
We are supposed to eat for our health, not for sweetness! ha ha ha

Hard, I know....my sweet tooth is pretty big! But I did turn down cupcakes for dessert the other day! Woo Hoo!

I would love for you to do some videos on your smoothie recipes! When I was younger my dad made healthy smoothies all the time and I hated drinking them but they really do give you so much energy and make you feel so good! So now I always try and make healthy smoothies but I never know what I should put in them! So it would be great if you could make some videos :)

I'd love some of your recipes. I have a 6 month old and am trying to get rid of the baby weight. Lost 40 so far but need to get rid of the final bit. Breakfasts are hard to get around to as a new first time mom lol.

Yes to more smoothies! I always do coconut milk, flax seeds, kale, and mixed berries like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries and half a banana. I want to change it up a bit. Love your blogs by the way.

Yes ! I would love to watch a video from you on healthy diet alternatives Watever lol. I have a majorrrrr sweet tooth but I suffer from it :/ I'm not overweight but it really effects my energy levels etc but I work at a place where I'm surrounded by junk food so it'd be great to learn what I can do and where I can buy food that I can bring to work to fill me up so I refrain from junk. I vote yes for this video :)

You should really check out Shakeology! That is a super drink!! Unfortunately I haven't been able to buy any last year because we had a major screw up in our pay so saving every little penny helped but once our big move from Va to Tx is over, I'm going to buy it and get back to the gym!!! Just thought I'd give you a suggestion. Beachbody sells the product and sometimes a coach can give you some samples to try before committing to the month supply.
